Dealing with Difficult People

We all find ourselves having to interact with a variety of people at work some of whom we might reasonably classify as "difficult." In some cases individuals constantly interrupt us when we speak, or respond angrily when we give feedback, or make sarcastic comments about whatever anyone else says. This course will provide individuals with strategies to both interact with and ultimately cope with difficult individuals.

This is a one-half day course. We would teach both a morning and an afternoon session of this class.
