A facilitator is someone who helps others solve
problems. Consistent with the Win/Win Negotiations course, this
curriculum helps participants master a set of tools that are often used
when addressing complex issues that require careful, dispassionate
consideration. The content of the course focuses on tools such as
brainstorming, the affinity process, voting [including weighted voting],
evaluation criteria and the development of consensus.
