The rest of Washington D.C. might have been preparing for the fireworks on the 4th, but eleven intrepid souls for four different agencies providing services in the District spent a long day studying how to address cultural change in organizations. Many thanks to RCM of Washington and Amy Brooks, its Executive Director, for hosting the event. Amy was not only a full participant in the class, she fed us early and often. The meals were GREAT!
