Facilitation in the Context of Win/Win Negotiations
February 24 & March 16, 2010
The class was scheduled for two days in succession; however, an unexpected winter snowstorm -- the first significant snowfall of the season -- hit the second morning. The group disbanded until March 16. Regardless, the class was an enthusiastic group of managers and supervisors who worked hard to master the art of facilitation. And best of all, March 16 was a beautiful "spring" day. Not a cloud in the sky!
